Hello everyone! I am Mrs. Downward the nurse here at Wilmington Manor Elementary School. Welcome to my blog. On this page there will be information that you will also see in the Wilmington Manor Newsletter. For right now, I just want to remind those Kindergarten parents and parents of new children to our school that you will need to provide the following documents in order for your child to be registered. Those documents include a physical examination, immunization records, lead screen date, and TB skin test results or risk assessment within a year old. Other documentation needed for registration is a birthcertificate and proof of residence, such as an electric bill or rental lease. If you have any further questions, feel free to call the main office for more information. Keep your eyes on this page for more health related information that could be helpful to you  and your child.
